What We've Done Since

We took the findings seriously. Since the November 2025 assessment, we have:

  • Strengthened our safeguarding processes — including improved reporting, logging, and escalation systems
  • Implemented robust governance frameworks with enhanced audits and management oversight
  • Introduced structured training compliance systems, including competency-based assessments and refreshers across the team
  • Reviewed and updated all policies and procedures
  • Added clearer accountability at every level of the service

What's Next

We anticipate re-inspection by CQC within the next 6–12 months. Our goal is clear: a Good rating, reflecting the quality of care we know our team delivers every day.

Until then, our commitment to families remains exactly what it has always been:

"Care that is kind, respectful, responsive, and centred around each person's needs."
