What You'll Do

  • Manage daily rotas across our carer team
  • Match carers to clients based on skills, availability, and personality fit
  • Handle last-minute changes calmly and creatively
  • Be a key point of contact for clients and families
  • Conduct service reviews and ensure care plans are followed
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, social workers, and case managers

What We Offer

  • Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience)

What We're Looking For

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS check (we'll arrange this)
  • Previous experience in care coordination, scheduling, or a similar role
  • Confident with care management software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills — you'll be on the phone a lot
  • Calm, organised, and great at problem-solving
