Heart of Gold Homecare began with a personal story — our founder's sister, born with a rare genetic condition called Pycnodysostosis, and a family who learned first-hand how much difference compassionate, well-organised care can make.

Working at Heart of gold has been a generally positive experience. The company provides training and onboarding for new staff, which helps in understanding the expectations and responsibilities of the role. There is some structure in place, and support is usually available when needed.
